If attendees prefer to call in their reservation rather than book online, you must call during regular business hours and confirm you are speaking with in-house reservations.

Office hours: Monday through Friday: 8am to 5pm MST
Saturday and Sunday: 8am to 4pm MST
Before/After hours the hotel uses an off-site call center that will not be able to handle your reservation.
