This discussion will cover basic and not so basic issues in sclerals (fogging, visual acuity (HOA vs. residual astigmatism, lens decentration, lens behaviour on the eye, overall diameter vs. primary functional one, where the lens lands) etc.

Each presenter will discuss one case where sclerals may not be considered the optimal option (low endo cell count - graft, IOP, KC with good VA in glasses, etc.) The goal is to open discussion about the risks/benefits and the limits of every technology, including sclerals.
