Corneal Topography:  How to Capture Terrific, Useful Images  


The first part of a two part session.  This is a 25 minute course on capturing the optimal pre and post treatment topographies. The various capture considerations and options will be reviewed.

Corneal Topography Wet Lab


Participants will break into 3 groups.  Groups will participate in capturing maps on each other.  Experts will then evaluate the maps and provide suggestions to improve the information gathered. 

This is the second part of a two part session.  This course will provide attendees with hands on training using a variety of instruments.  Each attendee will rotate through the different instrument stations in order to have a broad range of perspective on the various technologies, functions and methods available.  Instructors will guide the users through the hands on section to improve the attendees comfort level with these critical instruments in Orthokeratology treatment.

Corneal Topography:  An Essential Orthokeratology Tool - Pre and Post Treatment


This course will describe the practical application of corneal topography in the Orthokeratology treatment process.  Attendees will learn to take optimal maps for lens construction, diagnose poor candidates prior to treatment and determine the optimal lens designs to dispense based on the corneal shape.  Then heavy emphasis will be placed on the post treatment analysis and how to improve outcomes.
