Q:  Will you accommodate dietary restrictions if I am lactose intolerant, vegetarian, Kosher, gluten free, vegan, etc.?

 A:  We only are able to offer the options of Vegetarian, Kosher and Gluten Free at Vision By Design.  You will be asked  when you register to check a box for your dietary requirement.  We have a wide range of healthy options available at our  meeting that typically suit most peoples food choices.  We apologize that we cannot accommodate all dietary  restrictions.

Individuals with Gluten Free allergies and Kosher attendees will be given a separate plated meal, which we will provide meal tickets for.  Every meal with have a vegetarian option and gluten free option included on the buffet.  

Q:  What meals are included with registration for the General Sessions?

A: Each day will offer separate meal functions, please refer to the daily agendas for more information or contact us.

Q:  Will alcohol be available at the cocktail hour?

A:  Drinks will be offered at the cocktail hours on Thursday and Friday evenings in the exhibit hall.  Drink tickets will be  given to each attendee and after that drinks will have to be purchased at the cash bar.  Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.  

Q:  Will Wi-Fi be available at the hotel?

 A:  Yes, the hotel rooms and conference area will have free Wi-Fi.  We cannot guarantee the download speed or general  speediness of the internet due to the amount of people online at one time.  Hotel Wi-Fi is typically not over a secure      network so please keep that in mind.  We will provide a meeting Wi-Fi code during the conference. 

Q:  Is childcare available?

A:  We do not offer childcare services at Vision By Design.  Please check with the hotel for more information regarding this service. 

Q:  Will there be a nursing/pumping area available?

A:  We are able to work with the hotel on finding a private location for nursing/pumping.  If you are in need of this service please email Sarah at oaaast@gmail.com so we can try to work out an area in advance.  

Q:  Can I record the meeting to review later for my notes?

A:  There is NO recording allowed at Vision By Design unless approved by the Vision By Design staff.  If you have questions please see us at the registration booth.  

Q:  Can I bring a translator?

A:  You may bring a translator but must cover their cost to attend the meeting.  Please email us for more information if you are in need of a translator.  

Q:  Will you be photographing or videotaping the event?

A: You will be entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. By attending the event you consent to interview(s), photography, audio and video recording and the release and publication of these to be used in advertising, websites and social media. You release VBD and it’s employees involvedand all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking of such and use of. You also waive rights you may have to claims for payment or royalties in connection with the use of such materials, along with the right to inspect or approve the above mentioned items.

Q: Will the event information be available for purchase after the meeting?

A: At this time we don’t offer purchase of the event slides or any recordings after the conference. Only paid attendees have access to the materials provided.
