A:  TBD.  Hours will be posted on the meeting website when they are confirmed.

A:  We do submit to COPE for approval on all lectures that have CE credits.

A.  Yes.  The University of Houston sponsors our meeting and assists us in providing certificates to all meeting attendees.

A:  We have a form onsite that we will fill out, sign and emboss with the official academy name and logo that you can take with you. We will also scan a copy of the form to keep in our records should you misplace the original certificate.  We will retain a copy of your certificate for 5 years.

Q:  I live in a state(s) that requires me to submit separate certification, how can you help?

A:  We can provide you with an onsite form with that we will fill out for the courses you attended, which we will sign and emboss.  You can then provide this certificate to your state regulatory board.  Post-meeting we can also create a certificate and send it to you.  If you have any question please see us at the registration desk or email Sarah at oaaast@gmail.com
