Poster Submissions Have Closed for VBD 2019!

VBD 2019 will have a dedicated area where Ortho-K papers will be on display for viewing.  The posters will be on display from Thursday thru Sunday at VBD 2019 in San Antonio, Texas. The format will be very similar to the poster session at the Global Specialty Contact Lens Symposium. The papers are printed on large paper and affixed to standing bulletin boards and will be on display throughout the meeting. Attendees can read and discuss the papers at their convenience.

Preparation:

Print each section on an 8 x 11 bond paper (18-20 font size, so it can be seen from 4 feet).
Choose a font that is easy to read, avoid unique fonts such as Bondoni or Showcard.
Times new Roman has serifs and is easy on the eyes.
Try not to vary the font size extensively.

Don’t segregate your figures and graphics put them in line with the text.

Affix each section to poster board (colored if desired) approx. 9.5 x 12.  This way your presentation can travel easily and not be damaged.
